Both iPay88 Link and iPay88 Virtual Terminal are
Internet Payment Switching Gateway
Systems. iPay88 System had divided
into 2 systems based on the purpose
of usage. The details of both systems

iPay88 Link is a simple Internet
Payment Switching Gateway system
created for store (or shopping cart)
to connect with directly. Buyers
only have to enter their credit
card / internet banking / e-wallet
details and store only need to send
some details of their transaction
such as unique reference number,
price and description of products.

buyers do without credit card? |

Currently, iPay88
accepts two types of credit card:
• MasterCard

buyers do not have any credit
cards, they can use Internet Banking

How do I get payments
from iPay88 and When? |

When buyers
have paid via iPay88 system, the
system will immediately inform the
status of payment to store (via
online, e-mail and online report)
and then the store can deliver its
products or services to the buyers.
The total
collected income of store (after
deduct the transaction fee) will
be paid back to stores on the 5th
day of the following week, every
week. (If the 5th day falls on Saturday,
Sunday or Public holiday, payment
will be postponed to the next working
day) |

is the iPay88 system? |

iPay88 is the same
Online Payment Gateway System currently
provided by many licensed Financial
Institution. For that reason, stores
can be certain of iPay88 security
and database management. Besides,

of Malaysia (Bank Negara). |

does not accept foreign currencies.
It only supports Ringgit Malaysia
(RM). iPay88 is going to accept

back to them in allotted time? |

After deciding to
use the iPay88 service, stores will
be sent a Merchant Agreement that
establishes an agreement between
Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd. (iPay88 service
owner) and the store itself.
The agreement clearly defines in
detailed and separate articles,
that iPay88 will transfer money
back to stores, defining the allotted
time in which it is to be returned,
plus any other relevant regulations.
If Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd. breaches
the contract, stores can sue immediately.
Besides, Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd.
is a legally registered company
with a fixed address |

Do You Offer? |

service, all orders placed by a
consumer are subjected to an automated
fraud screening routine. This routine
automatically examines each and
every order placed. Suspect orders
are reviewed by a trained member
of our risk management team. These
orders are canceled if they are
fraudulent. If found that the order
is suspected fraud, our risk management
team will contact the store for
further review and action. |

Why is the customer stuck
on the 3D-Secure loading page? |

If the buyer
is stuck on the loading page for
more than five minutes, it has to
do with the issuing bank server.
The issuing bank server may be performing
maintenance or have an outage.
The buyer
should allow 24 hours and try
again and if the issue continues
to contact their bank.

What is the Buyer's 3D-Secure
password? |

Most issues
must be taken up with the Buyer's
bank. If the buyer does not know
their password, then they will have
to go through the "Forgot Password"
process or contact the issuing bank.
We can not offer a solution to bypass
this step. The
buyer can skip the password, but
this is done by using a different
card to make payment.
Almost every issue with 3D-secure
will be related to the verification.
There should be a "Help"
link on almost every bank's 3D-secure
page. This "Help" link
explains 3D-secure, solutions
to common issues and how to contact
the appropriate bank.
