1. The PosPay iPay88 Spend & Win Contest begins on 6th September 2007 and shall expire on 30th November 2007.
2. The contest is organized by PosPay Exchange Sdn Bhd and iPay88 Sdn. Bhd. (The Organizer)
3. The contest is open exclusively to PosPay users residing in Malaysia, excluding employees of the Organizer, its advertising agencies, their immediate families or any other persons connected with the administration of the contests.
4. The winning prizes are as stipulated below :-

Cash Prizes x 13 winners
5. 1 winner each will be selected every week and every month during campaign period.
6. Selection of winner will be based on the highest online value transacted for the week and month.
7. In the event of a tie, the PosPay user with highest number of online purchases transacted (frequency of use) shall be adjudged the winner.
8. All online transactions must be made through PosPay at participating iPay88 Merchants during the stipulated promotion period to be eligible for the prize.
9. PosPay user shall not be entitled to win more than 1 prize for the month.
10. The PosPay account must be current, valid and in good standing to be eligible for the prize.
11. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the advertised prizes with prizes of equivalent retail value without prior notice, if the prizes as advertised are not available for any reason whatsoever.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to publish or display information of winning PosPay user for promotional purposes.
14. The Organizer disclaims any liability, obligation or duty relating to the prizes. The Organizer makes no representation in respect of the prizes, in particular their quality and suitability for use.
15. Delivery of the gift item shall be made to the mailing address by PosPay user. No delivery will be made to an address bearing a Post Office Box (P.O. Box) number or an overseas address.
16. The PosPay user understands fully and accepts that delivery will be arranged on a best-effort basis and must accept the gift item/s in whatever conditions and absolve the Organizer from all responsibilities should it be damaged or lost in the delivery process. No replacement gift/s will be allowed under any circumstance.
17. Items are not exchangeable for other gift items or transferable for cash under any circumstance whatsoever.
18. Winning cash prizes will be credited into winner’s PosPay account.
19. By participating in the contests, the PosPay user will be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Regulations stated herein, including decisions of the Organizer which are final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained. The Organizser further reserves the exclusive rights to change, amend, delete or add on to these Rules and Regulations without prior notice to the PosPay user and shall become effective on such date as the Organizer may determine. The PosPay user agrees to be bound by such amendments.
20. The Rules and Regulations herein are in addition to and without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions stated in the PosPay Agreement applicable to the PosPay Account Service. In the event of inconsistency between these Rules and Regulations and the said Agreement, these Rules and Regulations shall prevail in so far as they apply to Spend & Win contest. |
