Maybankard Secure Online Shopping (MSOS) is an additional authentication protocol developed for safer online transactions when using your Maybankard MasterCard and Visa.

There are two channels available for Maybankard members to enroll for secure internet shopping as follows:

(a) Pre-enrollment

Card member just needs to visit Maybank website and look for "Maybankard Secure Online Shopping (MSOS)". Click on the URL link to direct them to the enrollment webpage for enrollment. Click here to learn.

(b) Activation during Shopping (ADS)

Card member who has not pre-enrolled but performs an internet shopping transaction, they will be prompted with a message to enroll before any transaction can be approved by Maybank. Click here to learn.
