iPay88 E-Commerce Fair 2008 (1) Launch Alert

In conjunction with Hand Phone Fairs (www.handphonefair.com) organized by GDE Works, iPay88 organizes the 1st E-Commerce Fair for Online Merchants to show case their products, services or websites to the public. The fantastic blow out crowd of Hand Phone Fair (average 40,000 visitors per fair according to last 7 fairs record) will contribute traffic to the E-Commerce Fair since it just side by side with the Hand Phone Fair.

The details of the fair are as follow: -

Date: 11 December – 14 December 2008

Time: 11am to 10pm

Venue: The Walk, Menara PGRM, Cheras

No. of Visitors: 40,000 (Estimated)

Targeted Audience: Working Adults and Residents of Cheras

Participation Fee: RM 1,500

Support Given:

  • A round table and two chairs
  • A flyer rack
  • Carpet
  • Space for merchant putting 3 Bunting as backdrop / 6’ wide backdrop

    • Awareness Given:

  • 2 Giant banners for all participating merchants
  • Each participant will have additional 3 banners (provided by participant) to be hang around the event floor.
  • 2 sandwich man walking with flyers / free gift (provided by participant)
  • Participant’s logo will be featured in Newspaper Ads of the event (for 8 insertions)
  • Participant’s logo will be featured in flyers of the event

    • Additional:

  • Stage time – to use main stage for product demonstration / sales promotion
  • Emcee time for each participant (you may use it for contest)
