How to Apply iPay88 Online Payment Services

To apply iPay88 service, kindly submit the following documents to us:

1. iPay88 Service Application Form (Click here to download)

2. Photocopy of a Director / Business Owner Identity Card or Passport.

3. Latest 3 months Bank Statement

4. Business Registration Form:

   • Sole Proprietor - Form A, Form D & Business License

   • Partnership - Form A, Form B & Business License

   • Private and Public Limited Company - Form 24, Form 49, Form 9 & Form 13 (if any)

5. Direct Selling Business License (For Direct Selling Company)

6. Certificate of Product Registration with Malaysia Ministry of Health (For Company selling medical and healthcare products).

7. Payment made payable to "MOBILE88.COM SDN. BHD." for iPay88 Setup cost and 1 year maintenance fee. Payment can be made via:

   • Cheque

   • Online Payment (via iPay88 email payment)

   • Direct Bank in

   • Cash

Note:

a. For new bank account, proof of opening a new bank account will do.

b. The setup cost is refundable if the application is rejected.

c. All documents must be valid on date of application

d. All documents submitted are not returnable

e. Only original copy of application form accepted
