Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attend to merchants’ and customers’ enquiries and complaints via ticketing and calls.
  • Process merchants’ account activation, termination, and merchants’ profile maintenance.
  • Follow up on merchant and customer escalation cases until case closure.
  • Address all financial provider inquiries and complaints on behalf of customers.
  • Provide merchants with bank schedules and unscheduled maintenance notices.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma.
  • Experience in administration, operation, and customer support fields.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems independently.
  • Knowledge of the E-Commerce industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field.
