Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attend to merchants’ and customers’ enquiries and complaints via ticketing and calls.
- Process merchants’ account activation, termination, and merchants’ profile maintenance.
- Follow up on merchant and customer escalation cases until case closure.
- Address all financial provider inquiries and complaints on behalf of customers.
- Provide merchants with bank schedules and unscheduled maintenance notices.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma.
- Experience in administration, operation, and customer support fields.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems independently.
- Knowledge of the E-Commerce industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field.
