Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments using provided scripts and sales guidelines.
- Proactively research and qualify leads, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database.
- Document all call information including customer details, outcomes and appointment scheduling in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, and FinTech or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and address inquiries effectively.
