Assistant Human Resource Manager (Payroll)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Execute monthly payroll processing, verify staff claims and liaise with tax agents to submit the Company’s Form E to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN).
  • Drive and maintain a consistent performance management framework that is aligned with business and organizational objectives, including monitoring the progress of the annual performance appraisal cycle.
  • Coordinate with all Heads of Departments to prepare the annual Manpower Budget.
  • Support the design of a robust Compensation & Benefits framework based on business goals and strategy.
  • Generate HR analytics in a timely, accurate and reliable manner for Management and government authorities reporting.
  • Execute the processing of expatriate employment pass, including new applications and renewals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in HR Operations, specializing in Payroll.
  • Good working knowledge of Payroll/HRIS systems as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, meticulous, multi-tasker, proactive, positive can-do attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
