Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly payroll processing, verify staff claims and liaise with tax agents to submit the Company’s Form E to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN).
- Drive and maintain a consistent performance management framework that is aligned with business and organizational objectives, including monitoring the progress of the annual performance appraisal cycle.
- Coordinate with all Heads of Departments to prepare the annual Manpower Budget.
- Support the design of a robust Compensation & Benefits framework based on business goals and strategy.
- Generate HR analytics in a timely, accurate and reliable manner for Management and government authorities reporting.
- Execute the processing of expatriate employment pass, including new applications and renewals.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in HR Operations, specializing in Payroll.
- Good working knowledge of Payroll/HRIS systems as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, meticulous, multi-tasker, proactive, positive can-do attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
