Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and create content for social media channels.
- Experience in setting up and managing social media ads and campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize social media ads spending.
- Attend to Facebook and Instagram enquiries.
- Compile social media reports.
- Ensure the brand message and presence are consistent across all digital channels.
- Identify digital marketing trends and insights.
- Research and identify competitors’ products and pricings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketing activities and marketing tools.
- Experience in handling social media campaigns and content generation.
- Meticulous and able to multitask.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Powerpoint and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are an advantage.
