Assistant Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the oversight of corporate accounts, ensuring prompt and professional response to merchants’ and clients’ needs, and negotiate agreements for commercials and service terms, both new and renewals, to drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Strategically plan and execute targeted sales activities to onboard new merchants and clients, aligned with assigned KPIs.
  • Serve as a pivotal coordinator for project deliverables and post-sales production support, addressing merchants’ and clients’ concerns through thorough issue investigation, solution development, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Conduct research to understand key merchants’ and clients’ requirements.
  • Stay informed about the market landscape, including competition, pricing, products, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or Finance.
  • 5 years of experience in Key Account Management and/or working with corporate accounts, with a focus on solution-based services.
  • Demonstrate independence, passion, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset, capable of working autonomously to achieve set KPIs.
  • Showcase exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiently present business proposals and address technical matters with clarity.
  • Proficient in Account Development & Retention, Sales Pipeline & Forecast Management and Project Management.
